Friederike Unverzagt is a qualified prop master and has also earned the required licenses for handling fireworks. After two years working as prop master at the Städtische Bühnen Frankfurt, Friederike Unverzagt began her career in freelance stage design, pyrotechnics and firework provisioning.

From 1996, Friederike Unverzagt was employed by Flash Art GmbH as project manager responsible for the Cologne and Berlin offices.

The highlights of this role include numerous productions including the Marius Müller-Westernhagen-Tour, the musical “Tabaluga and Lili” by Peter Maffay, the Shania Twain Tour, the Paul McCartney Tour, the European legs of tours by Tina Turner, Janet Jackson, Bobby Brown and Prince.

More recently she assumed responsibility for effects engineering at the 2006 FIFA World Cup Final in Berlin, the 2006 Asian Games in Qatar and the 2006 Royal Horse Gala in Oman.

Alongside her practical activities, Friederike Unverzagt has taught in the field of pyrotechnics and stage design. She is currently serving as teaching representative at the Hochschule für Gestaltung in Karlsruhe.
